Project Submission & Information Sharing Consent Agreement
By submitting information through AllRiskSurety.com, the submitting party ("Applicant") agrees to the following:
Information Sharing Authorization
Applicant authorizes All Risk Surety to share submitted information with parties reasonably necessary to facilitate project review, including:
- Insurance carriers
- Underwriters
- Reinsurers
- Fiduciaries
- Processors
- Capital sources
- Due diligence providers
- Legal counsel
- Compliance providers
Accuracy of Information
Applicant certifies that all information submitted is true, complete, and accurate to the best of their knowledge.
No Funding Commitment
Submission of information does not constitute:
- Approval
- Insurance issuance
- Capital approval
- Funding commitment
- Underwriting acceptance
Project Tracking
Applicant acknowledges that administrative tracking identifiers, including AID (Alignment Identification Number), GAID (Global Alignment Identification Number), transaction references, barcodes, QR codes, or similar tracking mechanisms may be assigned for internal processing and status management purposes.
Electronic Consent
Applicant agrees that electronic signatures, submissions, acknowledgements, and approvals shall be legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the governing jurisdiction selected by All Risk Surety.
By submitting information through the Website, Applicant acknowledges and accepts this Agreement.
